For agencies · White Label SEO
Your brand, your client relationship, my work
You have the clients and the relationships. What you need is fulfilment that holds up when a client asks a hard question, and that does not require you to check every deliverable before it goes out.
I have been the invisible half of agency engagements for years. Unbranded deliverables, your logo, and I stay off client calls unless you want me on them.
In short
SEO fulfilment for agencies. Audits, technical work, local, ecommerce and ongoing delivery — unbranded, under your name.
Priced per engagement
I work with a limited number of agencies at a time, because the whole value is in not being stretched thin.
Symptoms
Why agencies get in touch
We won an SEO client and cannot staff it.
A good problem, on a deadline.
Our current supplier delivers work we have to fix.
Which means you are paying twice and reviewing everything.
We need someone who can survive a client call.
If you do put me in front of them, I should be an asset rather than a risk.
Our client had a traffic drop and we need an answer fast.
Diagnostic work under pressure, with your relationship on the line.
We want to offer SEO without hiring for it yet.
Test the demand before you take on the salary.
The common thread is that your name is on the work. That changes what fulfilment has to be, not just what it costs.
How white label works
What working together actually looks like
The arrangement only works if it is boring and predictable. No surprises in front of your client is the entire product.
1
Unbranded deliverables
Documents in your template, your logo, your voice where it matters. Nothing that identifies me unless you want it to.
2
You own the relationship
I do not contact your clients, do not solicit them, and do not appear in their inbox. If you want me on a call, I join as your team.
3
One point of contact
You deal with me, not a rotating account team. The person doing the work is the person answering your questions.
4
Honest capacity
I will tell you what I can take and when. Agencies get burned by suppliers who say yes to everything and then miss the deadline that mattered.
What you get
Fulfilment you do not have to double-check
The point of a white label supplier is to remove work from your plate. If you are reviewing every line before it reaches the client, the arrangement has failed.
- Deliverables ready to forward. Written to be read by your client, not rewritten by you first.
- Any of the services, unbranded. Audits, technical, local, ecommerce, Shopify, recovery, links.
- Plain-language reasoning. So your account manager can defend the recommendation without needing me on the call.
- Realistic timelines. Agreed before we start, and flagged early if anything threatens them.
- Discretion by default. Your client never needs to know I exist.
How it runs
How the arrangement runs
1
A call
Your agency, your clients, and what you need covered. No pitch, and no obligation to send anything.
2
Scope one engagement
We start with a single client so you can judge the work before committing anything else to it.
3
Deliver
To your template, on the agreed date, with a walkthrough for your team if it helps.
4
Scale carefully
More clients as capacity genuinely allows. I would rather say no than quietly slip.
Fit
Which agencies this suits
This works well if
- You own the client relationship and want to keep it that way
- You need SEO depth you do not have in-house yet
- You have been let down by a volume fulfilment supplier
- You would rather have one accountable person than an account team
It will not work if
- You need unlimited capacity at short notice
- You want the cheapest per-hour fulfilment available
- You need me to be a salesperson on your pitches
- You want link volume rather than results
FAQ
Questions agencies ask
Will my client know you exist?
Not unless you tell them. Deliverables are unbranded and in your template, I do not contact your clients, and I do not appear on calls unless you invite me. Some agencies prefer to introduce me as a specialist on their team — that is fine too, and entirely your call.
Will you poach our clients?
No. It would be a spectacularly short-sighted way to run a business that depends on agencies trusting me. I am happy to put it in writing if you want it in writing.
How is it priced?
Per engagement rather than per hour, so you can quote your client a fixed number and know your margin. Ongoing work is priced monthly. I will give you the number on the first call rather than three weeks later in a proposal.
How much capacity do you have?
Limited, deliberately. I work with a small number of agencies at a time because the value here is attention, and a supplier who is stretched is exactly the problem you are trying to solve.
Can you join client calls?
Yes, as your team, if that helps you win or keep the work. Some agencies use me for the technical parts of a pitch. I stay in role and I do not undercut your positioning.

Tell me what you need covered and roughly how much of it. I will tell you honestly whether I have the capacity to do it properly.
