Email or phone. Tell me the site, and roughly what has been happening — a drop, a plateau, a migration, or a launch that never took off.

We talk for twenty minutes
I will ask what changed and when. You will get my first read on where the problem probably sits, on the call, for free.

I tell you the price
On that call. The audit is a fixed $500; anything ongoing gets quoted once I know the site.

You decide, or you do not
Plenty of people take the free read and implement it themselves. That is a perfectly good outcome and there will be no follow-up sequence.

- What has already been tried, and by whom
- Who you consider your real competitors in search
- Whether you have anyone who can implement changes, in-house or otherwise

Before you get in touch
Do you charge for the first call?
No. Twenty minutes, no charge, and you will get a genuine first opinion rather than a qualification script. If I do not think I can help, I will say so on that call.
What time zone do you work in?
I am in India, and I keep hours that overlap with US time zones. Most of my clients are in the US, some in the UK, and scheduling has never been the difficult part.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Most of my work is outside India. Primarily the United States, and I have worked with UK, Canadian and Australian businesses too.
Can my developer or agency join the call?
Yes, and it is usually a better call with them on it. I diagnose and specify, they implement — that is often the cheapest route for you.
